  • Connect Team: From the first smile in the parking lot to helping someone find a seat, the Connect Team makes Collective feel like home. This team is all about creating a warm, welcoming environment where people feel seen, known, and valued the moment they arrive. Whether it’s greeting at the door, starting conversations, or helping someone take their next step, your role is to see people, speak life, and make sure no one ever feels invisible.

Logistics Team: The Logistics Team is the backbone of Collective gatherings. This team is responsible for creating the space where ministry happens, literally. From setting up before service to tearing down after, you help set the tone by transforming a room into an atmosphere where people can encounter God. Your attention to detail and willingness to serve behind the scenes make it possible for everything else to happen smoothly.

Tech Team: This team is the behind-the-scenes crew that makes the experience smooth and distraction-free. They manage sound, lights, slides, and other elements that help create the right environment for worship and teaching.

Worship Team: This team helps lead our community into the presence of God through music. Whether you sing or play an instrument, we value heart over hype: leading with humility, passion, and a genuine love for worship.

There is a place for you to serve within the Collective!
  • Intentions & Faith

This isn’t just about filling a role, it’s about answering a calling. The Collective Leadership Team is made up of people who love Jesus, lead with humility, and live to see others encounter God’s love. This is your space to share your heart, your faith journey, and the passion that drives you to lead. Be real, be prayerful, and don’t hold back. We want to hear what God is doing in you and through you, and how you see yourself helping make the Collective a place where people feel seen, known, loved, and valued. Please answer questions thoroughly and in several sentences.
  • Character & Growth

Leadership is as much about who you’re becoming as it is about what you can do. This section gives us insight into your strengths, your personality, and the areas where you want to grow.
  • Testimony

Your story matters. This is your chance to let us know more about you, what God has done in your life, and how He’s shaping you right now. The Collective Leadership Team is made up of people who are committed to growing spiritually, serving others, and making an impact in their church and community. In 150–500 words, share your testimony: where you’ve been, what God has brought you through, and what He’s teaching you in this season.

  • Pastoral Care

We believe that leadership starts with being cared for, not just pouring out, but being poured into. This section helps us know how to walk with you in this season: spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Healthy leaders build healthy ministry. When we take time to check in with where we are and how we’re doing, we lead from overflow instead of exhaustion. Our hope is to see you thriving, not just serving well, but growing deeper in your walk with Jesus as you lead others to do the same.
