Candidate Forum Question Submission Form

Wake Forest Candidates Forum- Public Question Submission
We invite members of the public to submit questions for consideration at the upcoming Wake Forest Candidates Forum, hosted by the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee. The forum will take place on September 23, 2026 at 5:30 pm (Doors open at 5:00 pm) at the Renaissance Centre.

Please note:
- Submitting a question does not guarantee it will be asked during the forum
- If your question is selected, it may be reworded for clarity, time, or neutrality.
- All submissions must be respectful.
- Submission deadline is: September 7, 2026 by 5:00 pm
- The Government Affair's Committee will review all submissions and make the final selections
