AAOS will charge a non-refundable administrative fee for meeting and event space request at either of the two headquarter hotels listed on this form. The fees are charged per event, per day and will be invoiced when your meeting space confirmation is sent. Exhibitors $500; Non-profit: $350 (Required to submit request).*
