  • What You Need To Know

  • A variety of volunteer shifts are available for various activities at Women's Weekend Russian River, May 14th-17th.

    There are also volunteer opportunities May 12th, 13th and May 18th (If you would like to volunteer during this time, please indicate this in the last section asking for any other notes). 

    Volunteers that sign up for at least 4 hours of duty are eligible for one Beaver Badge for yourself and a WWRR Volunteer Lanyard.

    Volunteers are required to:

    1) show up on time to their designated location and complete their assigned shift(s);

    2) must be sober during shift(s); and

    3) put a deposit of $50 for the Beaver Badge for the weekend, which is then refunded when shift(s) are finished. The link for submitting the deposit will be sent in the email with acceptence. If the deposit is not possible, please email wwrr.volunteers@gmail.com.

    Please note - some volunteer positions will be physically demanding (but not all!)

    Travel & Lodging: Please note, we are not covering travel and lodging expenses for volunteers. 

    Returning Volunteers: Even if you’ve volunteered with us before, filling out this form lets us know you're interested, available, and updates on your interests and abilities!

Whether you enjoy working with people, staying organized, or lending a hand behind the scenes, there’s a role for everyone. Your time and energy will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for all who attend and will make a meaningful difference!

    Volunteer opportunities include:
    greeting attendees
    assisting with setup and cleanup
    helping with activities
    supporting performances
    directing parking
    assisting in the marketplace
    greeting and registering guests
    selling merchandise

  • Skills and Capabilities

    Please indicate the skills and capabilities that you are willing to offer as a WWRR 2025 event volunteer.  (Examples of some volunteer needs are loading/unloading trucks before/after weekend, setting up theater, crowd control, and more.)
