Who will you be for Halloween?
This year, BISAC will be all of Disney's ocean characters.
Themes are monitored to ensure there is little to no duplication. Submissions will be on a first come first serve basis. If your first choice has already been approved by another organization, you'll be asked to select your second or possibly third choice. All participants will be notified of their approved theme.
