Meet Camping Interest Form

The City of Costa Mesa has allowed OCME to have up to 6 motorhomes and up to 25 tents during our Meet.

Please complete this form by 8 a.m. on Monday, September 21st.

Completing this form does not guarantee a camping slot.

After you complete it, our Meet Chairman will contact you.

Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on whether you have a tent or motorhome.

I understand the camping is limited to the area to the right of the main crossing, and the area next to the birthday siding as pictured above.

I understand that motorhomes must have a plastic ground covering under their engine compartment to prevent soil contamination. I also understand that RV’s may not use air-conditioning in consideration of native birds.

I understand that all motorhomes and tent campers must leave the park by sundown on Sunday, September 27th.

I understand that this form is a REQUEST, and not a RESERVATION. Camping spots are limited and requests will be granted on a first-come first-served basis. Confirmation of granted requests will be sent 2 weeks before the meet.
