ABOUT THE CONTEST:
Celebrate Día de los Muertos in our costume contest!
Come dressed as a Catrina, or Catrín or La Familia.
Winners in each category earn artisan prizes while honoring traditions that connect the living and the remembered.
The Contest will be judged on Sunday, October 26th, 2025 during the annual San Pedro Dia de los Muertos Event.
Contestants will be preselected prior to the day of the event.
- Application Deadline is October 13th, 2025.
If you are selected you will be notified after the 13th of October.

Contest Rules
Dress to impress with Catrina-inspired attire.
No casual wear, Halloween costumes, or full-face masks.
Original and creative looks are encouraged!
Keep it kind and respectful. This is a family friendly event.
Good sportsmanship and positive vibes are a must.

Makeup,
Outfit craftsmanship and presentation
Overall creativity
How to Register
Complete the online form by the registration deadline.
Arrive at the event dressed in your full contest attire.
Check in on time at the designated area (details will be shared prior to the event).
