I understand that participating in street outreach activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to unpredictable environments, weather conditions, and interactions with individuals in crisis.

- I am voluntarily participating in outreach activities at my own risk
- I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff
- I understand that Safe Side Recovery is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during my participation, except as required by law
