The Holistic Healing Fair™ was created to educate and inspire our local community to grow more conscious of their daily habits, for a better common future. Together we will share the importance of self-care, self-love and all of the amazing services that are available to them.

Attracting attendees of all ages and walks of life, the Holistic Healing Fair™ is a creative way to network and market to a specific audience wishing to learn more about bettering their lives. Each attendee is interested in holistic health, wellness and seeking positive change.

As stated in the terms & conditions:

By submitting payment you agree that all payments made to Vanessa Sieger, coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc O/A Holistic Healing Fair™ are non refundable. If circumstances, including but not limited to COVID restrictions, cause an event to be postponed, any money paid will be turned into a credit to be used at a later date. If you are unable to attend an event, you can (with approval) sell your space to another business.

The exhibitor understands that set up is as early as 8:00 am the morning of the event day. The booth must be completely set up by 9:50 am. If the exhibitor does not arrive by 9:45 am the table will be removed with no refund. If running late, the exhibitor must notify Vanessa Sieger coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc O/A Holistic Healing Fair™. The exhibitor understands that the Holistic Healing Fair™ will run from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm open to the public.*

*FOOD/DRINK - SAMPLE VENDOR APPLICATIONS:* Vendors serving food or drink samples must have valid Safe Food Handlers certifications, unless otherwise approved by the health unit. Contact your local health unit (e.g., Sudbury Health Unit for Sudbury events) to check for any specific requirements.When inquiring, please state: "I want to serve samples at the Holistic Healing Fair. What steps do I need?" Requirements may vary.It’s your responsibility to ensure compliance. I do not contact health units with the volumes of applications and inquiries. I acknowledge that failure to comply will result in my inability to serve samples, which will be removed on the event day. Will you donate to our Wellness Swag Bags given out to the first eager and excited 30 attendees? If so, what will you be donating? Please include all business information if you are participating in the Swag Bags. All donations must include a coupon/discount/freebie/etc. WE RECOMMEND "REDEEM AT BOOTH" promos.
Swag Bags will be ready for you to place your items in the morning of the event. Please have them ready.
Will you donate a prize to be used as part of our Eventbrite give away for added advertising and brand exposure? If so, what is the donation, description and value?
