    The Holistic Healing Fair™ was created to educate and inspire our local community to grow more conscious of their daily habits, for a better common future. Together we will share the importance of self-care, self-love and all of the amazing services that are available to them.

    Attracting attendees of all ages and walks of life, the Holistic Healing Fair™ is a creative way to network and market to a specific audience wishing to learn more about bettering their lives. Each attendee is interested in holistic health, wellness and seeking positive change.

    As stated in the terms & conditions:

    By submitting payment you agree that all payments made to Vanessa Sieger, coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc O/A Holistic Healing Fair™ are non refundable. If circumstances, including but not limited to COVID restrictions, cause an event to be postponed, any money paid will be turned into a credit to be used at a later date. If you are unable to attend an event, you can (with approval) sell your space to another business.

    You will receive a response to your application within 3 business days.

  • Which 2026 event locations are you interested in joining?*
  • Do you require guaranteed hydro, at an additional $25? It is a fee PER EVENT. Wall spaces are limited.*
  • NORTH BAY VENDORS ONLY: The city will require your personal information to be released for purposes of knowing who is a local business and who isn't. It is used for no other purposes other then the city to issue a fee per non local vendor which I will cover. If you do not feel comfortable with your personal information being released, please do not apply. Information submitted will be your Business Name, Name, Home Address and Phone Number*

  • The exhibitor understands that set up is as early as 8:00 am the morning of the event day. The booth must be completely set up by 9:50 am. If the exhibitor does not arrive by 9:45 am the table will be removed with no refund. If running late, the exhibitor must notify Vanessa Sieger coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc O/A Holistic Healing Fair™. The exhibitor understands that the Holistic Healing Fair™ will run from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm open to the public.*
  • The exhibitor understands that they will always have this information when searching emails for "HOLISTIC HEALING FAIR". The exhibitor understand that emails sent pertaining to this application information, may not be responded to.*
  • The exhibitor understands that the week of the event they will receive an email regarding all event instructions. (Load in details, table sizes, special instructions, etc). If you do not receive the email on the Monday prior to the event, please don't hesitate to follow up with me. Please do not contact me prior to the Monday with inquiries that will be within the email.*
  • The exhibitor understands that no tacks, staples or things of that nature are to allowed be used on the venue walls. If there is damage done by the exhibitor, the exhibitor will be responsible for all fees charged. No open flames, no lit items such as incense or any burning products. No scent diffusers or melts with scents of any kinds are permitted. No music is permitted at booths.*
  • If an event must be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to COVID restrictions or weather-related venue closures), all payments will be applied as a credit toward a future event. The Holistic Healing Fair™ is an all-inclusive event; if mandates or passports are required, the event will be postponed to uphold our values of non-discrimination.*
  • The exhibitor understands that Vanessa Sieger, coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc O/A Holistic Healing Fair™ reserves the right to decline or terminate any vendor participation, without refund, if a vendor’s conduct, products, or practices are deemed harmful, discriminatory, or damaging to the reputation of the Holistic Healing Fair*
  • The exhibitor understands that Vanessa Sieger, coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc O/A Holistic Healing Fair™, the host location of the Holistic Healing Fair™ and all Event Sponsors will not be held liable or responsible for any losses, injuries or damage during the event hours, set up and take down times.*
  • The exhibitor understands that Vanessa Sieger, coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc O/A Holistic Healing Fair™, may remove the ability to return as a vendor and can move forward with forfeiting any future payments (if applicable) if the exhibitor consciously chooses to remove any items, move any items and/or take down and disassemble any part of booth prior to the scheduled time of the event ending. The exhibitor understands that the booth must stay fully intact until 4:00 pm on the dot.*

  • Food and Drink Sample Vendors If you plan to serve food or drink samples, you may need a valid Safe Food Handlers certification. Requirements can vary by city, so please contact your local health unit directly and ask: "I want to serve samples at the Holistic Healing Fair. What steps do I need?" It is the vendor’s responsibility to confirm and meet all requirements. Due to volume, I do not contact health units on behalf of vendors. If a health unit contacts me about your application, I will handle any required event paperwork.*

     We cannot guarantee your requests, but will mindfully consider them and try our best to be able to accommodate them. Please refer to the terms & conditions regarding spacing and requests.
