- After-camp care: $140.00
- No Lunch/Snacks (only campers with allergy or dietary restrictions are eligible for this deduction): -$70.00

I/We are aware that these activities may be hazardous and that the applicant could be seriously injured. As consideration for being permitted by the Church to participate in these activities, I forever release the Church, any Church affiliated organization, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, participants and representatives from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death or property damage. I/We acknowledge that the applicant's information provided is strictly for church internal use and will not be shared with any outside organization. The applicant's name, photographs, CD/DVD/videotape images and activities being reproduced, will be used for display in church programs, church publications and church premises.

Cancellation Policy: The last cancellation date is May 31, 2026. Please submit the request to children.ministry@mcac-cma.com. There will be an administration fee of $100 (per child) charged for each cancellation. After the cancellation date, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
CONFIRMATION DATES
Confirmation notice (accepted or declined) will be sent out through email or mail by the dates set below. Please call (905) 201-6344 ext. 21 if you do not receive a notice by the set dates.
