  • NOMINEE QUESTIONNAIRE

  • The ISSCR invites nominations for each award via the following questions and supporting documents, including the opportunity to provide a CV. These questions solicit information about many dimensions of the nominee's work: impact of their contributions on the field, ability to overcome challenge, ethical practice, and dedication to mentorship, collaboration, and inclusivity. These are the measures by which the ISSCR defines excellence.

If you nominate a group, rather than an individual, please adjust responses accordingly. The same criteria of evaluation will apply.

Please use these sections to promote the candidate using evidence from their work.
