1. Booking Requests
Please allow at least 2 weeks' notice before your preferred program date.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. All requests are subject to review and the availability of our staff.
2. Availability and Location Policy
In-Person Programs:
We can only accommodate in-person bookings within Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Southern Ohio.
Virtual Programs:
For requests outside of Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Southern Ohio, we primarily offer virtual programming. In-person presentations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All bookings (in-person or virtual) are dependent upon staff availability. We strive to accommodate as many requests as possible, but we cannot guarantee availability on all dates.
3. Confirmation Process
After submitting your booking form, you will receive a confirmation email once your request has been reviewed and approved.
If we are unable to accommodate your preferred date or format, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
4. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff emergencies or technical issues (for virtual sessions).
