Due to our team working on multiple projects at any given time, each project request is reviewed and evaluated at our weekly production management meeting. Once your request has been evaluated, you will be contacted regarding the production time required for your project.Please be aware that the complexity of the project requested and the current workload are factored into each project’s production timeline. If your project is urgent due to an event or other hard deadline, please let us know in your request, and we will do our best to accommodate that timeline.Please submit a request to begin working with our team. Please select your desired delivery date. We require a minimum of two weeks for the delivery of any request. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee this deadline. More complex requests (graphic design, video projects, etc.) generally take more time. Once the request has been reviewed and added to our production queue, we will likely request a meeting (in person or via Teams) to discuss the project and arrive at a delivery date. Turnaround times are based on staff availability and project complexity.
