Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email confirming you are added to the closing list with your scheduled closing date. Please call the office at 419-999-1505 or email us at service@shawneepoolslima.com if you would like to change this date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Customer must do the following to be ready for their service appointment:
- Ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured; a trip charge will be applied if we have to return, and the next available date may be weeks later.
- Provide access to auto cover switch (if applicable).
- As of 2024 we no longer cover pools with water bag covers due to liability. Pools should be covered with a Safety Cover for the winter.
