    Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email confirming you are added to the closing list with your scheduled closing date. Please call the office at 419-999-1505 or email us at service@shawneepoolslima.com if you would like to change this date.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    Customer must do the following to be ready for their service appointment:

    • Ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured; a trip charge will be applied if we have to return, and the next available date may be weeks later.
    • Provide access to auto cover switch (if applicable).
    • As of 2024 we no longer cover pools with water bag covers due to liability. Pools should be covered with a Safety Cover for the winter.
    • Please note: Your email address will not be shared with anyone else. We will add your email address to our customer newsletter list to ensure you receive coupons, specials and helpful tips throughout the season.
