Late/No Show Policy: I understand that if I am 10 minutes late my services will be reduced and if I am more than 15 minutes late I will be charged a rebooking fee of $100 per service before I can reserve another appointment. I also understand that if I do not show up for my appointment without communication beforehand, I will no longer be able to book with Alyssa.* This field is required.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: I understand that I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment within 48 hours of my appointment time or I will be charged a rebooking fee of $100 per service before I can reserve another appointment.
