The Leadership Institute for Women of Color Attorneys is celebrating 21 years of empowering women of color attorneys, fostering professional growth, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal field.

We are seeking dynamic speakers, thought leaders, and changemakers to share expertise, spark conversation, and inspire our audience of attorneys, law students, and allies.

• March 27 – State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta GA - Speakers Needed!

What We're Looking For

We invite proposals that align with our 2026 theme, Bold Steps, New Horizons, including (but not limited to):

• Leadership development and career advancement for women of color
• Proposals that expand opportunity, strengthen representation and promote inclusive leadership within the legal field
• Emerging legal trends and innovative practice strategies
• Wellness, resilience, and work-life integration
• Navigating career transitions and building influence
• Client service excellence and legal skill-building

Session Formats - We welcome:
Interactive workshops (45–60 minutes)
CLE-eligible presentations
Panel discussions (3–4 speakers)
Short “Power Talks” (15–20 minutes)

3–5 learning objectives
Speaker bio (100–150 words) and headshot
Relevant speaking experience (links welcome)
