The Gift of Place 2025 Virtual Conference Registration

November 12-13, 2025 | Online via Zoom Webinar

The Gift of Place conference engages faith communities from across the country on creative ways of reimagining their faith properties to further mission and ministry.

Designed for individuals affiliated with a US-based faith-based organization, this virtual conference will explore how churches can steward their properties to meet critical needs within their communities while creating new revenue streams to support their ministries. Participants will deepen their understanding of the Mission Real Estate Development process and learn from each other and experts in the field through panels, case studies, and presentations from faith leaders on the successes and challenges they’ve encountered in planning and developing their own mission real estate development projects.

To ensure the best experience for all participants, please select the participation level that best aligns with your needs below.

Trailblazers: Apply to join the 2025 cohort!
For churches or dioceses with a dedicated team of 3 attendees, both clergy and lay. Deep dive into your mission real estate development project and present your church’s mission, vision, and project to fellow cohort members for discussion, guidance, and constructive feedback. Apply for Trailblazers participation track by September 26.

Join pre-conference meetings with Trinity staff for consultations ahead of the conference and continued guidance as part of the Gift of Place cohort
Commitment to attend all conference sessions to the extent possible
Actively engage with fellow participants in small group sessions to share and guide one another on your respective projects
Due to capacity, we can only select a limited number of Trailblazer teams per conference.
Priority will be given to churches with missional clarity; spiritual vitality; a clear sense of the type of project that they feel called to pursue; social impact of the proposed project on the broader community; a cohesive project team with lay participation; and ownership/site control of the specific property proposed for development.

Explorers: Open to all interested in Mission Real Estate
Interested in mission real estate development, but not quite sure where to start? Active in your church but may have time constraints? For individual attendees or parishes early in the mission real estate development process, the Explorer track is open to all church members. Register by November 1.
