    Maritime Festival, September 20 & 21, 2025

The East End Seaport Museum proudly offers local restaurants within the Maritime Festival footprint the opportunity to use the space directly in front of their location free of charge—a benefit designed to support our local business community. To ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone, we ask for your collaboration. Please let us know if you plan to use the space in front of your restaurant to set up a booth or cart from which you will sell food.

If you would like to utilize the space, please do the following by September 11, 2025:

    1.     Complete the following jotform

    2.     Fill out and e-sign the 2025 Alcohol Maritime Festival License Agreement

    3.     Obtain necessary permits through the Suffolk County Health Department

    4.     Send a certificate of co-insurance naming East End Seaport Museum & Marine Foundation as additionally insured to jacob.raynor@eastendseaport.org

If we do not hear from you by September 5, 2025 regarding your plans to use the space, we reserve the right to assign a vendor to that location to enhance the festival experience and avoid empty areas along the street. We will always leave space for entry to your storefront.

The Maritime Festival is the primary fundraiser of the East End Seaport Museum & Marine Foundation. Our mission is to preserve and promote the maritime heritage of our area through our stewardship of Bug Lighthouse and the Village Blacksmith. Additionally, we aim to cultivate appreciation and curiosity about the past, present and future of our marine environment through exhibitions and educational programs. Please consider contributing 10% of your sales during Maritime Festival to the museum. All gifts are tax-deductible.

Thank you for working with us to make the 2025 Maritime Festival a success for everyone!
