  • SMART Goals

Reflecting on your needs (as discussed during the TRiO Needs Assessment), please create a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely) goals. SMART goals are specific, well-defined goals used to create a framework for progress! It includes a measurable way to achieve what you set out to do! For example, "I want to improve my grades" would be too broad of a goal. A way to turn this into a SMART goal could be "I want to improve my grades by attending tutoring 2 times a week".
