Please submit payment in the form of cash or check to the Department of Engineering and Zoning, 4th floor, city hall. Letters are written upon receipt of payment. All letters are transmitted electronically.
Detailed Zoning Letter includes the zoningdesignation and permitted uses in addition toelectronic copies if approved site ordevelopment plans, variances, certificates ofoccupancy, floodzone designation, etc. The detailed zoning letter fee is $50. Please submit payment in the form of cash or check to the Department of Engineering and Zoning, 4th floor, city hall. Letters are written upon receipt of payment. All letters are transmitted electronically.
