2026 Fall Application Form - For Students in Gr. 7-12
Willingdon Church's Student Ministry would like to offer a place for Students in Gr. 7-12 to work on math homework with tutors in a group setting at our Willingdon location free of charge.

What to Expect
Tutoring sessions will be held in an open-area/group study space, one day a week after school. (You will have a chance to indicate your preference on days of the week further on in the application form below) We are aiming for a ratio of 1 tutor for every 3-4 students, with some time for snacks and Bible reading/question time before getting into the homework/tutoring time. *We ask that you commit to attending the tutoring sessions for the whole duration of the Fall Term which runs from Oct. 12 - Nov. 20 (specific days of the week for tutoring will be confirmed after reviewing all applications and everyone's availability)
Intake Meetings
After completing the application info below, students, along with a parent or guardian will need to be available for an Intake Session at Willingdon Church. This is to assess your tutoring needs and to outline our expectations. You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. The intake sessions (about 10-15 min. each) are tentatively planned for Sept. 28 & 29, between 4:30-6pm. We will be in touch with you by phone or by email to confirm a time with you.
