Welcome Employer | Day Labor Hiring Opportunities

We have a list of women who reach out to us on a regular basis with their applications, asking for immediate work opportunities. Once they issue us their information or resume, we then forward that information to you.  This process is simple; every day they work is the day they get paid. We are not an agency, so all communications are at that point between you and the day-hired woman.  We do recommend, however, that you have food before and after working, as you know, this is a unique hiring experience.

Keep in mind, this opportunity is about helping unhoused women more than your need for a specified job description.  Granted, job connections happen all the time, although our goal as a community is to give these women a sense of self-worth and dignity to pay for their daily basic needs. With the hopes that both of you can find a long-term working relationship, this will allow our program to help them find affordable housing.
