Foreign Body Submission Form

This submission form is for case reports that fall into the foreign body category. These case reports will be reviewed for the Ellen M. Friedman Foreign Body Management Award.
Case Report Required Format
- PDF Format, upload to the drive within the form.
- Introduction (background, why it matters)
- Case presentation (history, exam, diagnostics, treatment, outcome)
- Discussion (comparison to literature, clinical lessons)
- Conclusion/learning points
- References (if pertinent)
- Figure upload required (relevant radiographic imaging and/or intraoperative photos)
Video clip upload demonstrating object removal; this is required to be considered for oral presentation and the Ellen M. Friedman Foreign Body Management Award
