Parking Permits

We offer parking permits, permit issuance, and management. Permits are free if used in conjunction with a patrolled property. Replacement permits are $25.00 if lost regardless of program
Warning Patrols

Our company will issue warnings on your property while on tow patrols for other properties, however, we will put your property on a weekly patrol list. This will be billed at $100- $200.00 per month to the property depending on the Partnership Program you select.
Ticketing

With our Ticketing program, violating vehicles will be issued a "Ticket" under their wiper. Tickets vary in fine from $75 - $150.00. There is a QR Code and website listed on the ticket for the vehicle owner to be able to pay at their convenience. Tickets not paid within 48 hours or vehicles that remain after 48 hours with the ticket still on it, will be subject to immediate tow. If a violator doesn't pay the ticket, that vehicle is towable at any point in the future on that property. Vehicles ticketed and subsequently towed will need to pay both fees before the vehicle is released.
Property Monitoring Services

You may add your property to our monitor list. Our operators will monitor your lot(s) at random times throughout the week and enforce the policies and requirements you set up. Any vehicles towed are the financial responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
Resident Junk Car removal

Does your tenant have a car that no longer runs? Is it at risk of being towed and putting them in violation of community rules or standards. If they call us and we can prove they are the owner, we can remove it for them. We DO NOT pay for cars, however, the vehicle will be gone and they won't owe us impound fees or wind up in collections.
RV / Camper / Trailer Removal

Abandoned RV's/Campers and Trailers pose issues when processing the vehicles and ultimately disposing of them. We also have limited room for these vehicles. For these reasons, Abyss Towing charges a refundable Deposit fee Between- $500-$2000.00 depending on the unit. If the owner claims it, the deposit is refunded. If the owner does not claim it, the deposit is forfeited.
Special Projects (Paving, Striping, Sweeping)

Abyss Towing can handle all of your scheduled special projects. Minimum of 1 week notice for truck(s) to be scheduled at your property.
On Site Vehicle Relocations

Need a vehicle moved on your property, we can do that. We charge your property between $25.00-$125.00 (per vehicle) depending on Partnership Program and the vehicle and situation.

Idaho code requires signs to be installed "On or near" each entrance to the property.

Legal Notices, Requirements, Policies and Disclaimers

Boise City Code requires that the property owner/manager or agent be present at the time of any tow occurring from private property without consent of the vehicle owner. If you utilize a security company and they are authorized to call for towing services they will need to be present as your agent. If your tenants are authorized by you to request a tow, they must also be present to sign the invoice. You may also indicate in this agreement that Abyss Towing or It’s employees are authorized to act as your agent when enforcing the regulations set forth in this agreement.Abyss Towing provides all Private Property Services in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations mandating such services. Vehicles are towed with State of the art equipment and per vehicle manufacturer specifications. Dollies and or Skates are used to avoid driveline or transaxle damages. Our Company and drivers are background checked and hold a City of Boise Non-Consent License as required by City Code.Unclaimed vehicles will be processed through the state of Idaho for proper notification to registered owners and lien Holders of the vehicle disposition.Abyss Towing does not and will not pay for leads on tows or the right to tow from your property.Abyss Towing photographs all vehicles to be booted, ticketed and/or towed. These photos are available to you upon your request and are taken for your protection and ours.All vehicles that are towed are reported to the City/Town in which it was towed as prescribed by Idaho Code.Abyss Towing keeps a log of all Private Property activity, and a copy of this log will be made available to you at your request. Also, you can obtain a log in to see/respond to all activity on your property at no cost to you. Abyss Towing strives to provide quality service to your property, and we want to ensure we do it your way. Please let us know if you would like to make changes to your agreement. This can be done as often as needed to accommodate your properties growing and changing needs

Auto Repair / Fleet Towing Services / 3rd Party Towing Vendors
This agreement will allow Abyss Towing and Recovery to provide towing and/or parking enforcement services as described on/or for the property or account listed within. It will stay in effect until we are contacted with new directives or cancellations. Any services that are provided due to lack of notification of change or cancellation will be billed directly to your company if we are unable to collect from the vehicle owner.

In the event of mistakes or wrongful towing, the following policies are NON-NEGOTIABLE and enforced 24/7/365. If the property manager/owner makes a mistake, they are responsible for the full fees. If Abyss Towing Makes a mistake, they are responsible for the full fees. If a security or booting company makes a mistake, they are responsible for the fees. These policies will be enforced until notice is given by the Contracting Agency for cancellation or change. In the event of a property manager change, please be sure to communicate with us as we will continue to carry out current directives as we will not be aware unless notified.

Impound vs. Relocation

For these projects there are two options. Relocation - we move the car(s) to a different location on the same property (Legally MUST be on the same property) These relocations are billed directly to the property at the rate of $85.00 - $135.00 per vehicle dependant on the equipment used. Also, this would require space to back directly up to the space the vehicles would be placed in as we do not have the ability to place the vehicles in neutral or turn the steering wheel. Impound - We remove each vehicle to our impound lot and the owner(s) of the vehicle(s) must come to retrieve and pay the charges for their vehicles. These fees are not the same as what we charge the property. Impounds range from $250.00 - $500.00 again, dependant on the equipment used, mileage to our lot and number of days left in our lot.
