This agreement will allow Abyss Towing and Recovery to provide towing and parking enforcement services as described on the property listed within. It will stay in effect until we are contacted with new directives or cancellations. In the event of a property sale or new management, the responsibility lies within your organization to notify us immediately of any changes that must be made. Any services that are provided due to lack of notification of change or cancellation will be billed directly to your company if we are unable to collect from the vehicle owner.
In the event of mistakes or wrongful towing, the following policies are NON-NEGOTIABLE and enforced 24/7/365. If the property manager/owner makes a mistake, they are responsible for the full fees. If Abyss Towing Makes a mistake, they are responsible for the full fees. If a security or booting company makes a mistake, they are responsible for the fees. These policies will be enforced until notice is given by the Contracting Agency for cancellation or change. In the event of a property manager change, please be sure to communicate with us as we will continue to carry out current directives as we will not be aware unless notified.
