Grad2Hire Fellowship Application

Grad2Hire is a career readiness + post-graduation fellowship-to-hire program for soon-to-be or recent college grads.

Complete a 5-week bootcamp to learn critical career management skills and explore careers in high demand sectors/professions. Earn the chance for a full-time 6-month Fellowship (aka internship) or get referred for full-time, permanent roles to gain meaningful work experience and get your career started!

Whether you get hired or move on, you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to take your next step.

The Grad2Hire bootcamp is a 5-week program. You are required to attend 4 to 6 hrs of live synchronous sessions each week. Sessions will be virtual and generally take place on weekdays evenings between 7-9pm EST, Fridays between 12-1pm EST and/or weekends mornings 10-12pm EST. A final schedule will be provided with your acceptance letter. Do you anticipate any conflicts with this schedule?*

When you enroll in Grad2Hire, we make a commitment to help you build critical career management and professional skills while exploring careers and preparing to enter the workplace. We want to ensure you are equally committed to getting the most out of the program.

We charge a $200 commitment fee. If you go through the program and we are unable to place you in a Fellowship AND you are unable to find a full-time job within 6 months, we will refund your commitment fee.
