    Grad2Hire is a career readiness + experiential learning program for soon-to-be or recent college grads.

    Complete a 6-week bootcamp to learn critical career management skills and explore careers in high demand sectors/professions. Upon completion, get referred for full-time, permanent roles or qualify for a Fellowship (aka post-graduate internship) to gain meaningful work experience and get your career started!

    Whether you get hired or move on, you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to take your next step.

     

    FALL 2026 COHORT PARTNER: METROHARTFORD ALLIANCE

    For the Fall 2026 Grad2Hire cohort, we are incredibly excited to partner with the MetroHartford Alliance to deliver this program to students and recent grads interested in exploring careers in Connecticut.

    In addition to all that the Grad2Hire program has to offer, participants in the Fall 2026 cohort will

    • Receive matching scholartships to participate in the program.
    • Attend the Insuring the Future Summit at no cost with a travel stipend to connect directly with professionals and companies hiring early career talent.
    • Participate in an exclusive tour and recruiting workshop at The Hartford's offices in Hartford, CT.

  • Our commitment and your investment

    Fall 2026 Commitment Fee - $225

    Due to the generosity of our partners and supporters, all Fall 2026 trainees will receive a matching scholarship to participate in the Grad2Hire program, bringing our standard $450 commitment fee to $225.

    When you enroll in Grad2Hire, we commit to helping you build critical career management and professional skills while exploring careers and preparing to enter the workplace. We want to ensure you are equally committed to investing in yourself.
