Grad2Hire is a career readiness + post-graduation fellowship program for soon-to-be or recent college grads.

Complete a 6-week bootcamp to learn critical career management skills and explore careers in high demand sectors/professions. Upon completion, get referred for full-time, permanent roles or qualify for a 6-month Fellowship (aka internship) to gain meaningful work experience and get your career started!

Whether you get hired or move on, you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to take your next step.

Our commitment and your investment

When you enroll in Grad2Hire, we make a commitment to help you build critical career management and professional skills while exploring careers and preparing to enter the workplace. We want to ensure you are equally committed to getting the most out of the program.

We charge a $450 commitment fee upon enrollment.

Our Commitment to You: If you complete the program in full and haven't secured at least one interview within 6 months of completing the program and are still actively job seeking, you may request a refund. We believe in our program—and your potential—enough to back it up.
