How it Works
Nominate: You will nominate one employee per core value.
You may nominate the same person for all four values or different people for each.
You may not nominate more than one person for the same value.
Provide an Example: For each nomination, include a specific, detailed story or example of how that person demonstrated the value.
Be clear and descriptive so management can fully understand the impact.
Timeline: Survey Open: Business Days 1–4 of each month.
Review: Management will review all submissions and select the winner.
Announcement: The winner will be announced at our company-wide meeting on the second Tuesday of the month.
Winner Recognition
There will be one winner each month (12 winners annually).
The winner will receive recognition during the announcement meeting and the monthly prize.
