The Cable Car will be producing a 2026 calendar featuring ‘Dogs of the Cable Car’ with all profits going to charity. By submitting your photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Entry Submission: To enter, participants must submit their photo(s) through the designated entry form on the Wellington Cable Car Jotform site. Participants may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be unique. All entries must be original and not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are not entitled any financial remuneration from the sale of the calendars. 2. Ownership and Use of Photos: By submitting a photo (and if that photo is selected for use), participants grant Wellington Cable Car full authorisation and a perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted photos across print, web, social media, and digital platforms, for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes related to the calendar or the activities of the Wellington Cable Car. The primary purpose of the photos is for use in a 2026 calendar promoting ‘Dogs of the Cable Car’ with all profits going to Blind Low Vision – Guide Dogs programme. Participants acknowledge that Wellington Cable Car may edit, modify, or adapt the photos as necessary to fit specific marketing materials or platform requirements, without seeking further consent. Wellington Cable Car shall provide appropriate credit to the photographers whenever the photos are used, whenever feasible. 3. Notification: Owners of the photos that are selected to be in the calendar will be notified via email or direct message within a reasonable time, and before the calendar goes to print. 4. Publicity Release: By participating in the calendar project, owners agree to permit Wellington Cable Car to use their dog’s names, photos, and any related statements for publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
