Yamba Surf Life Saving Club - Function Room Hire
This form is to be used to claim the date for a function at Yamba Surf Club.
If this date is available and no other enquiry has been made for the same date, you will be Invoiced for a Deposit – which must be paid within 14 days of the Invoice to secure the date.

Please note:
- For All events, the BAR is usually available for SIX HOURS (usually 5.30pm to 11.30pm).
- Under our licence arrangements, 11.30pm is the cut-off time for music and last drinks.
- Bookings are not taken for 18th or 21st Birthday Parties, or ‘high risk’ party events.
- The Function Room is usually unavailable during the Christmas/New Year & Easter School Holiday periods due to the high level of Surf Life Saving activities taking place.
