  • For custom packages, or if you don't have the recommended space, get in touch at info@poppysplaypatch.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can with different options.

  • Event date and time (do not include set up time). For example, if your event is 2pm-4pm, you would select 2pm and we will arrive at 1pm to set up for a 2pm start, and collect at 4pm.*

                  • Payment Terms

                    Full payment is required within 48 hours of confirmation from Poppy's Play Patch. 10% of this payment will be taken as a non-refundable deposit.
                  • Upon cancellation prior to 7 days of the event, you will receive a full refund, minus the 10% deposit. Upon cancellation within 7 days of the event, you will receive a 50% refund, minus the 10% deposit.*

                    All bookings require a £50 refundable deposit - refund upon collection of all equipment and confirmation of no damage.
