1. Additional charges apply for transcript certification services. Certification must be requested in advance.

2. Original audio or video must be clear and of sufficient quality for accurate transcription. Poor audio quality may result in additional charges or extended turnaround times.

3. Changes or revisions requested after delivery of the final transcript will incur additional fees.

4. Global Interpreting Services is not responsible for changes, edits, or omissions made after the initial quote is provided; additional charges may apply for such changes.

5. Transcription requests submitted on Friday for completion by the following Monday will be treated as rush services and charged accordingly.

6. Any additional edits, formatting requests, or changes in scope may incur extra costs.

7. Custom formatting, time-stamping, or specialized layout work will result in additional fees.

8. Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from the date issued.

9. All transcription projects must be paid in full prior to work commencing. Payment is accepted via secure payment link (3% processing fee), credit card over the phone (3% processing fee), or cash at our office.
