      • Exhibitors are responsible for insuring all equipment, product and personnel in exhibit space. Outpost Show is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. 

        Exhibitors must not encroach on areas outside of their assigned exhibit space. 

        In the collaborative spirit of Outpost Show, please note that moving out prior to the show closing time is a distraction to buyers and fellow brands. Moving out prior to show close is strictly prohibited unless given prior approval from the Outpost Show staff. This includes packing and consigning packages to carriers. Any brands that are unable to adhere to this policy will be charged a $250 early move out fee.
