I certify that all information provided in this application is accurate. I understand that any deficiencies in the application (including delayed payment of fees or incomplete form entries) will result in disqualification. I understand that the judges’ decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

I understand that the Video Audition Fee, Winners’ Recitals Application Fee, video recording fee, photo fee, and all other payments to Special Venue LLC are non-refundable under any circumstances.

I acknowledge that, in addition to the Video Audition Fee, if selected as a winner and wishing to perform in the Winners’ Recital, I will be responsible for the Winners’ Recital participation fee and any other related expenses.

I agree that all copyrights and portrait rights of any footage and photographs recorded at the winners’ recitals belong exclusively to Special Venue LLC.

I understand that it is the participant’s sole responsibility to check the website and email notifications for results announcements and all other competition- or recital-related information.
