I am applying for a studio maternity session. I am aware that if I am chosen for this session experience, in exchange for my participation in this session, I will receive 5 digital images (photographers choice) and a waived creative/session fee. I am under no obligation to purchase anything from my session. However, if I would like more than the 5 included digital images, I am able to purchase these and/or prints and products at a discounted rate. The point of doing a model call is to obtain images in the photographer's vision that she can use to promote her business. A model release is a must to participate in this session. I agree that if I change my mind and revoke the model release of my images after the session takes place, I will be required to pay for my session in full (maternity session fee is $200 and a 5 digital image collection is $550 for reference).
