Additional Requirements & Selection Process
All applicants must submit a recent photo, proof of GPA, and participate in an interview prior to being selected for the Mentorship Program. Applicants who have already completed these steps during the current Mayor’s Youth Council selection process are not required to repeat them. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee acceptance; selections are made based on eligibility and availability of program spots. All decisions are final. Participation in the Mentorship Program is a privilege, and members may be removed in accordance with the Mayor’s Youth Council bylaws.
Submission Instructions
Submit this form online through Jotform. Applications will be date- and time-stamped upon submission. Eligible applicants will be contacted to schedule their interview. Accepted applicants will receive confirmation via email within 48 hours of the interview.
