Deposit:

Go secure a date, a signed contract is required with a $50 deposit due at time of signing. The deposit is non refundable. Both the contract and the deposit must be received before placing hold on the requested day. Contract and deposit are due 90 days prior to the wedding date.
Payment:

All payment is due one week prior to the wedding date. Cash, Check, Cars or Invoice are all accepted and can be made with Susie in person or over the phone with a Wellness At Wildwood service provider.
Cancellation:

In the event the client cancels the agreement more than 30 days before the event date, the client will only be responsible for paying the deposit. Cancellation must be sent via email to wellnessatwildwood@gmail.com. Confirmation of cancellation notification by Wellness At Wildwood Day Spa must be obtained. If the client fails to let Wellness At Wildwood Day Spa know of cancellation via email before the event date or cancels within 30 days of the event date, the client must pay the full balance due.
Extra Makeup Artist:

There is a $100 fee if makeup assistant is needed for larger parties. Fee is to be paid to the scheduled makeup assistant on the day of the event. This can be discussed with bride and original makeup artist prior to the big day.
Miscellaneous:

Artist cannot gurantee or be held accountable for any allergic reactions, or complecations from the makeup or application. Artist is not liable to the client or any other third party for consequencial, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, arising out of, relations to, or in connective with any breach of this agreement. The client agrees to relieve and hold Wellness At Wildwood harmless of all such circumstances. Any photos taken by Artist on the day of the wedding can be used for their own promotional use on website/social media.
