The "Association" is a defined term for this doument which refers to the organization known as Christmas Cove Improvement Association and also abbreviated to CCIA. In consideration of being allowed to play pickeball and tennis at CCIA's Sports Center, I acknowledge that I, and all other members of my family, may from time to time be exposed to risk of harm or injury. Accordingly, for myself and all members of my family, I hereby waive any claim whatsoever against the Association, including its officers, directors, agents or employees, for personal injury, wrongful death or property damage (collectively "harm") incurred during my use of the Sports Center. In connection with the foregoing waiver, I agree to indemnify and hold the Association harmless from all costs, including attorney's fees, which may arise from a claim or action initiated by myself or members of my family.
In addition, I certify that I am a resident of South Bristol, and I agree to comply with all rules and guidelines posted at the Sports Center which may be revised from time to time by CCIA. I understand the facility may be under camera surveliiance for security reasons.
