Eligibility: All Member Artists may submit 2 pieces of any medium

Fee: Based on acceptance, $25 for 1st piece, $15 for 2nd piece accepted; fees collected after jury process

Size Limitation: Max width of 30" unframed, 34" framed

Sales: 30% Commission on Sales,
all exhibited works must be for sale

Awards: Best of Show, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, 2 Merit, 3 Honorable Mention PLUS 5 Special Anniversary Awards-watch for details
If Accepted:
- Deliver work to Memphis Botanic Garden, Oct 1st, 9:30 - 10:30 PLEASE BE PROMPT
- Attach two 3 x 5 cards separately to the back of each piece with: artist's name, title of work, medium, price, phone, email,
- All information must match this entry form
- Pick up work Fri Oct 31st 9:30-10:30 PLEASE BE PROMPT
Requirements:
Entries must comply with MGAL Exhibition Rules (MGAL yearbook, website)
- See Max size above
- No nudity in artwork
- No work to leave during exhibition
- Frames must have wires & screw eyes or D rings for hanging
- Gallery wrap with finished sides is acceptable, glass is acceptable
- Work must be completed in past 2 years, never in an MGAL exhibition
Submission Status: Juried-in artists will be notified a minimum of 2 days prior to drop-off date and a list will be posted on mgal.org

Such waiver and/or release includes but is not limited to fire, theft, negligence on the part of said parties, individually or collectively, and that of others and the moving, transporting and storage of said property.
