“If You See Something or Hear Something, Say Something®” is more than just a slogan; it is the mindset that we all play a role in the safety of schools and our communities. This form should be used to provide the school district with an anonymous tip relating to a serious safety and/or security concern. If there is an immediate threat of harm or violence, please call 911. For all other issues, please use the Dignity for All Students Act form in the Parents/Students section OR contact the building principal or assistant principal.
