Please complete this form to register for the DFNA Open Danish Championships 2026 and to purchase your DFNA membership. Please read the following steps carefully before submitting your application:
1 - Rules and regulation
Before joining DFNA and entering one of our events, please make sure you have read and understood the official rules, including:
- The banned substance list
- Approved posing attire
- The anti-doping policy and consequences of a failed test
By purchasing a membership and entering a contest, you agree to comply with DFNA's rules and regulations. DFNA reserves the right to conduct drug testing on all athletes, both in and outside of competition.

2 - Payment
Payment for both DFNA membership and contest entry must be completed through the payment section in this form.
Payments are processed via Stripe and can be made using credit cards, debit cards, bank debit, or digital wallets.
If Stripe is not supported in your country, payment can instead be made via bank transfer.
Please note:
- All payments are non-refundable, as per the rules of the association.
Make sure to submit this form and complete payment for both the membership and the contest.
Your entry will only be valid once both payment and form submission have been received.
3 - Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation email within three business days of submitting your form and payment, please double-check that both have been completed. If you still have not recieved confirmation, please contact us at: kontakt@dfna.dk
