                    • Terms & Conditions – Sourdough Class

Thank you for registering for our sourdough class! We’re excited to welcome you and share this experience. To ensure clarity for all participants, please review the following terms:

                      Registration & Payment

Your spot in the class is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Every person in the class space must be a paid participant. No unpaid observers, children, or guests are allowed.

                      Attendance Policy

Please arrive on time so you don’t miss important parts of the instruction.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us in writing (email thesourboule@gmail.com) prior to the class with the name of the replacement attendee.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult attendee. Both participants must be registered and paid for in advance.
Partial attendance does not entitle participants to future classes, credits, or make-up sessions.
Late arrivals will be accommodated at the instructor’s discretion, but missed portions of the class will not be repeated.

                      Minimum Enrollment

Classes require a minimum of four [4] participants. If the minimum is not met, the class will be rescheduled to the next available class. Registrants will automatically be transferred to that date.

                      Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or rain checks will be issued for missed classes, cancellations, illness, emergencies, transportation issues, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts.
Missed classes do not roll over to future sessions and are forfeited.
In the unlikely event that the class is canceled by us, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class at our discretion.
Personal circumstances (including illness, transportation, or personal emergencies) do not qualify for a refund or credit.
Credit card chargebacks filed against these terms will be disputed with proof of registration, payment, and acceptance of these conditions.
