  • Registration Information 

     

     

    Registration Fee - $510

     

     

     

    The registration fee includes:

    • Six small group sessions
    • Opening and closing sessions
    • Electives
    • Performances
    • All meals

    Please note:

    • All participants rotate through the same workshop sessions
    • You will have an opportunity to choose your elective session
    • Registration is a flat rate for the entire weekend
    • Housing is a separate fee (see below)
  • Dining Information

    • Registration fee includes six buffet-style meals
    • Meals are included for all participants (regardless of housing accommodations)
    • Meals begin with Friday dinner and conclude with Sunday lunch
    • For those with special dietary needs, please describe your diet below
    • Hidden Valley does it's best to accommodate all dietary needs, but you may want to supplement with food from home

  • Payment Information

    Registration Fee: 

    • The regular registration fee of $510 will secure your spot at the conference
    • If you have a balance due after an early registration, click here to pay

    Housing Fee:

    • A separate fee ($130 or $175) will secure your room on-site for the weekend
    • The housing fee is due in full (housing fee not covered by deposit)
    • You may arrange your own housing off-site (choose "no housing" below)

    Please note:

    • All fees including deposits are refundable up until March 1st.
    • No refunds after March 1st.

    If you don't need housing, skip to Dining Information

    Shared rooms are available on site:

    • Rooms include a private bathroom with shower
    • Linens and towels are provided
    • Reserve your room early, as space is limited and rooms fill up quickly
    • There are now rooms available at two price points

    • Constructed in 2021, the Lubow Lodge is a beautiful new residential center with six spacious quadruple-occupancy rooms. To request a spot in Lubow Lodge, pay $160 for housing at checkout
    • Rooms are assigned first come first served

    Room Assignments

    • In early April we will have you complete a housing form, and room assignments will be made based on your responses
    • We invite you to communicate mobility issues that may impact bunk bed housing, as well as requests/preferences regarding roommate assignments
    • You may also email miniconference@ncaosa.org at any time with questions/comments

     

    There are several nearby hotels if you wish to make your own plans for housing. We recommend arranging housing early, as hotels also fill up quickly.
