For Banners, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your mock-ups. Mock-ups can be altered to your desire and will come with prices. Payment is due within 48 hrs once mock-up is approved or your order will be cancelled. You will receive the mock-ups through your preferred contact method. For Baby Carriages, I will contact you through your preferred method to confirm your order and collect payment before painting. If you selected to ship your item, they will be customized and then shipped to you in the box it came in, UNASSEMBLED. The painted carriage will be protected/wrapped to help prevent scraping against other parts during shipping. The paint adheres very well to the carriage and painted areas are sealed, but still be cautious when putting the carriage together to not scratch or damage the artwork or carriage.These are sealed to help protect the paint from chipping, but please handle with care-like all hand-painted items, they may still chip with heavy use, scratching, or bumping. I will not be responsible for any damage done to the artwork or the carriage. The carriage will be purchased brand new, and the box will have everything you need to assemble. If you have any issues with parts/screws being broken or missing, please contact the company, so they can send you new parts.
