1. PURPOSE OF COACHING:Integration Coaching is a supportive, non-clinical service designed to assist individuals in processing and integrating transformational experiences—including those related to sacred medicine, spiritual awakening, and personal healing journeys. It is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, addiction recovery, or medical treatment.
2. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION:I understand that my participation in Integration Coaching is entirely voluntary. I take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after each session.
3. SCOPE OF PRACTICE:I understand that the coach is not a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. Integration Coaching draws upon spiritual, somatic, and intuitive tools intended to support inner awareness, clarity, and empowerment. No diagnoses or clinical treatments are offered.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY:All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential. Information will only be disclosed if required by law or in the case of potential harm to self or others.
5. MEDICAL CONDITIONS:I affirm that I have disclosed all relevant mental or physical health conditions that could impact my participation. I also confirm that I am not under the influence of any substances that may impair my ability to consent or participate fully.
6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY:I agree to take full responsibility for my personal choices, actions, and integration process. I release the Integration Coach, Bufo Healing Sanctuary, and all affiliates from any liability related to physical, emotional, or spiritual responses arising from participation in coaching.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY:I understand that cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may result in a fee of $35. Rescheduling sessions immediately is recommended.
