In 2026 we are offering the option to be parked on one of the side streets instead of the main parade route. Each side street has room for four to six rigs, so you will likely not be by yourself. The side streets are closed to vehicles, but there is foot traffic during the event. This option will allow you to be close to the parades, but not on the actual route.
Your registration fee includes onsite Airstream parking with 30A Electric, tow vehicle parking, full access to the Entertainment District, exclusive access to the Hospitality Tent, pizza, King Cake & Mimosas, snacks for the whiskey tasting, and a charcuterie spread for the beer & wine evening. For the whiskey tasting, please bring a bottle of your favorite spirits to share and for Wine & Beer evening, a bottle of wine or craft beer is requested. Please arrive with your black & gray tanks empty and your water tank full; this is an urban rally, so there are no sewer or water connections.
In January 2026, those who have registered for the event will receive detailed arrival and parking instructions. Rigs will have scheduled arrivals on Thursday, February 5, 2026 beginning around 3:00 PM and ending around 7:00 PM, times based upon the length of the rig and where the designated street location falls during the parking procedures. In the staging area, drivers will be asked to drop the sway bars to make parking quicker.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received before January 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund less a $25 Service Fee. No refunds after February 1.
