Welcome to Forever Evolving Dance Company (FEDC). In this Policies and Procedures form we outline our values, standards, and expectations. Please review all information with your dancer so everyone clearly understands who we are and how we work together as a company.

I have reviewed these expectations with my student and understand that adherence to these guidelines is mandatory. I am aware that any breach of this contract may result in dismissal from the program, and that any fees, registration, competitions, and performances will be non-refundable upon dismissal.
