    AIS Annual Reports cover a calendar year (January through December 2025); all activities meeting the recognition criteria must have occurred during the reported time period. 

    Reports from previous years are available by emailing aiscommunities@aisnet.org.

    The submission deadline is March 1, 2026 for reports on activities held January 1- December 31, 2025.

    On the following pages, we will ask you for activities that often distinguish outstanding communities.
  • Conferences, Workshops, and Educational Events

    Please list any conferences, workshops, tracks or educational events your SIG organized and were officially SIG-branded in 2025. Include educational events run under your SIG’s name or logo. Do not include individual member presentations, social events, or your Annual General Meeting. Examples: “SIG XYZ Workshop at ICIS 2025” or “SIG XYZ Annual Forum.”
  • Annual Awards and Recognition

    Do not list general AIS awards won by individual SIG members.
