  • Applications will be accepted from October 22 to March 15. Applicants will not be considered until all forms are submitted; please submit ASAP! You cannot be hired without three recommendations.

  • Camp Mohaven's policy requires all individuals working with minors, whether volunteer or paid, to submit and clear a criminal background check. This procedure is done to protect both the campers and the staff. 

    As part of the hiring process, you will be emailed instructions to complete both a required online training session and a criminal background check.

  • 1. Completed applications are compiled with returned recommendation forms. All references must be received before your application is processed.

    2. Applications, recommendation forms and interview notes are considered in context of the positions to be filled.

    3. Further recommendations may be sought from those acquainted with the applicant.

    4. All applicants will receive an email indicating one of these three decisions (by April 15):
        a. hired as a staff member
        b. waiting list (a position may become available before summer)
        c. unable to hire this summer.

    5. For hired staff, contracts and payroll information will be sent prior to camp.
