Welcome to the Fall 2025 Player Skills Assessments sign up. Skills Assessments will take place at Cypress Park. Please check in at least 5 minutes early. Check in will be under the canopies by the bathroom. All players born in 2011 to 2017 will need to attend a player skills assessment. This is not a try out, this is to help even out the skill levels between the teams. Please submit a separate form for each child.
