  • Brady Beitlich is a healthcare leader with more than 10 years of experience in physician practice management, hospital operations, marketing, referral development, and process improvement. His work has included supporting providers, improving practice workflows, managing financial performance, and helping healthcare teams operate more effectively. Most recently, he served as Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he supported patient growth and the development of the referral network until April 2026. He earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Florida and has completed several Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects.

    Early Life and Education

Brady was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988. He spent much of his childhood around Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay, where he developed an interest in fishing and outdoor activity. His early experience began with saltwater fishing and later expanded into freshwater fishing. Over time, he also became interested in bass fishing and fly fishing, including during a trip to the Sierra Nevada, where he pursued trout fishing.

He attended Pine View School for the Gifted, where he was elected Class President in 2004. After graduating in 2006, he continued his education at the University of Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior in 2010. During college, he held leadership roles through his fraternity, Student Government Productions, and Florida Blue Key.

Brady later studied at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions and earned a Master of Health Administration in 2012. While completing the program, he served as Treasurer of the Health Administration Student Association. His education helped prepare him for work in healthcare leadership, operations, quality improvement, and service line management.

    Early Career

His professional career began with an administrative fellowship at a medical center in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, he supported executive-level projects and worked with departments focused on patient experience, communication, and customer service. This early position helped him understand hospital systems and the value of cross-departmental coordination.

In 2013, Brady returned to Sarasota and earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He then led a process improvement project at a local hospital, where he helped improve workflows and support more efficient operations. This experience strengthened his interest in using practical methods to improve healthcare delivery.

Later that year, he moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, and joined a healthcare system’s performance excellence team. His work included improvement projects across multiple facilities. He supported areas such as surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow, helping teams improve processes and daily coordination.

    Physician Practice Management

In 2016, he became a Practice Manager with a physician services group in Snellville, Georgia. He managed several practice areas, including neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care. His responsibilities included staffing, financial oversight, provider support, workflow planning, and daily operations.

In 2019, he was selected for a leadership academy within the organization. The program helped him continue developing skills in communication, accountability, planning, and team leadership.

Brady Beitlich built a record of steady results during his eight years in physician practice management. One of his main accomplishments was helping oversee the remodel and launch of a neurosurgery outpatient practice in Chattanooga. The project supported the growth of specialty services tied to a local medical center. Under his management, the practice regularly exceeded EBITDA goals and reached about $3.6 million in annual net charges.

He also helped improve operations in pulmonology and endocrinology practices. His work focused on coding, billing, documentation, and provider workflow updates. These changes helped support stronger productivity and reimbursement. The service lines he managed reached about $2.9 million in combined annual revenue.

Team engagement was another important part of his work. He improved communication, clarified staff responsibilities, and helped align team goals with organizational priorities. These efforts raised employee engagement scores from the 76th percentile to the 93rd percentile in one year. During that same period, voluntary staff turnover dropped to zero.

    Marketing Leadership

In November 2024, he joined Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga as Director of Marketing. In this role, he focused on referral development, patient outreach, and growth within the healthcare community. He worked with local and regional partners to strengthen referral relationships and support the practice’s position in the market.

Brady also helped manage the annual marketing budget and develop plans to increase new patient referrals and visits. His work included marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and outreach efforts. These efforts helped support the practice’s visibility and communication with patients, providers, and community partners.

    Professional Affiliations

He has stayed involved in healthcare leadership through professional organizations and continued education. He was a founding member and Secretary of the Greater Gwinnett Medical Group Management Association from 2018 to 2021. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

    Community Involvement

His interest in service has continued outside his professional roles. During college, he volunteered with a healthcare-related family support organization. More recently, he has helped prepare and serve meals for people experiencing homelessness through a Chattanooga ministry.

    Personal Interests

Brady Beitlich enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and pursuing creative interests outside of work. He likes kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and playing tennis, often in the Chattanooga area. He also enjoys gardening, interior design, and floral arrangement. These activities help him maintain balance, creativity, and personal well-being outside his healthcare career.
