• The following topics are just guidelines - feel free to tell your story!

• Please provide high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi or 500 kb) color photos with your announcement and include captions for the photos. You can upload them directly below.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Final selection of published photos is determined by the Stroll team.
  
  
• If you are not able to complete the form in one sitting, scroll to the end of the form and click the "SAVE & CONTINUE LATER" button.  You may be prompted to set up an account. You do not need to set up a JotForm account. You may skip this step. When prompted, enter your email address. Your entries will be saved, and a link will be sent to your email. Click the link when you are ready to return and complete.
  
  
• When you have completed the form, simply click "SUBMIT". You will receive a confirmation email with your submission details. Once you have submitted the form, we will be in touch to let you know if we need anything else.
